Tomato is always known as SCANDALOUS fruit and a very commonly used vegetable in every kitchen. its the low calorie veggie and a great source of antioxidant, fiber, vitamins and minerals. It also helps in protection from cancer and tumors.

Tomato soup– tomato soup is almost liked by everyone. One of the best gastronomic delights in the world is made from fresh ripe tomatoes. A bowl of enrichment is full of vitamin A, Lycopene- an antioxidant and minerals.

This is made in different style in different kitchens and cuisines. Some like it thick and creamy so they add cream and milk to it. Some like it with noodles and shrimps. Some add greenery to it, some add jalapenos. It’s simply the canvas to draw your creativity with flavors.

Tomato juice- Making tomato juice is not a big deal, if you know the right techniques. Apart from being less costly than the store-bought ones, homemade juice will be without preservatives and colors. If you have a good stock of tomatoes, then you can get ready and make their juice. Tomato juice can also be ready from its blend or even tomato marinade.

If tomatoes are not enough for taste then add carrots to it. It would become a glass full of nutrition which includes vitamin A, C, B1, B6, manganese and iron.

Tomato Salad:   you can have nutrition of tomato in salad form also. It can be gel up with other vegetables like cucumber, radish, basil, corn, carrots and mozzarella cheese too which can be in addition a great source of phosphorus, calcium and vitamin- B12.

Tomato yoghurt: chopped tomatoes in yoghurt or curd can be very refreshing on a hot day. Spice up it with various herbs and spices, it is ready to eat and so easy and quick to make.

You can also use tomato in pasta, burgers and sandwich or whatever snack you like.
